point + shoot: a berry good time

The weekend...

Melbourne.
Myer gift registry.
Groomsmen suit shopping.
Sunshine.
Groomsmen suit purchasing.
Burger lunch.
Bridesmaid dress fabric shopping.
Camping show.
Mass purchases.
Best apple cinnamon muffin.
Contemplating inevitable poverty from mass purchases (felt bad about $4.20 muffin).
Traffic.
Cup of tea at 9pm on way home with friend.
Contemplating the grandma-ness of my Saturday night as a 24 year old.
Sunday breakfast of fresh eggs. Scrambled. Cheesy.
Opening 'presents' from mass purchases.
Getting our jam on.
Bulk sugar.
Bulk berries.
Bulk orange zest.
Bulk vanilla.
Bulk lemon juice.
Bulk cinnamon.
Bulk jars.
Bulk splattered blueberries all over kitchen...and self.
Yummy lunch with Mr M's parents.
More splatter.
Jars. Jars. Jars.
Done and dusted.
Home and hosed.
No more jars, no more berries.
Ever.

Playing along with Lou at sunny + scout.

How was your weekend? Any mass purchases, amazing muffin experiences or bulk food producing efforts?

Completely random question- I love the white screen door in the first photo... Is that at your house? and could I ask, is it old or new?? I am looking for a new screen door for our house that is somewhat attractive and getting nowhere!!

Hi Amanda - you beat me to it! I am planning on doing a whole new door post this week :) Yes the door is new, it's just raw wood at the moment but we are painting it white. I got it from Schott's in Melbourne during a recent door sale (along with the glass panel door). It's really good quality, I love it! We also had similar on our cottage where we used to live, they were from Bunnings, hope that helps :)

You party animal, you!

Just about every Saturday night I question if I am actually 25 or 85!!

The jam looks ah-maaaaaa-zing! Need a taste tester? I know one who is available ;)

That's a fair bit of jam!

No mass purchases, amazing muffin experiences or bulk food producing. We did however pay ridiculous amounts for not so good food and picked lots of berries!

Thanks Emma! I will have a look at bunnings next time I'm in town. Look forward to the new door post! :)
