what lovely expressive eyes your pooch has. I'm happy to meet your Tessa, she's beautiful. I've been exploring your blog and it's a happy spot! I admire your ambition in taking on the task of fixing up an old farmhouse. Several years ago I moved into a turn-of-the century brick farmhouse with 19 windows and none would open w/o risking breakage. So...I lived with them for 2 years in sweltering summer heat before replacing all, and that in and of itself is a story! Luckily I had 2 screen doors for those hot summer nights and the breeze drew through beautifully on most nights. I wish you all the best in your projects. The most important ingredient? Patience. I think you've got it going!
