For those of you playing along at home you may have noticed over there -----> on my wishlist I have a few pairs of floral gumboots. My favourites are the spotty rose in grey but alas they are no longer in stock and don't look to be made anymore. Boooo! I also quite liked these ones, very dainty and pretty with the soft grey and flower sprays. Well as dainty as gumboots can get. Then I found this lovely pair from Cath Kidston, the perfect amount of gardening green, natural background and big cabbage roses. Yes please. Turns out they are out of production also! Bigger booooo! So I turned to trusty ebay, found a pair, in my size, on the other side of the world and couldn't sign in to my paypal account fast enough.
What? Every girl needs to buy herself a Christmas present right? God knows I won't be getting anything off Mr M after recent art splurges and a very nice hall table made from old Baltic pine floorboards he bought me a few weekends ago at a market, and gruffly remarked that it was from Santa. Hmph. I will take solace in my splendid new boots thank-you very much.

Dont feel bad I just did the same thing and what was on my wish list I went out and bought myself when I saw it on sale :) some cute lil mcups you can see on my blog. Love the wellies, I grew up having to put on my boring black wellies whenever I had to head down the padock. Love the styles you can get now wish had them when I was a kid!
