{ G is for Griffin }

Last week I made a special custom order canvas for my sister - a big, red G was called for on a 20 x 20 inch canvas. The baby's name is Griffin, a friends new arrival.

Griffin's nursery colours are apparently white, grey and red so we chose Michael Miller's Ta Dot in white and grey to wrap the canvas and I did a special order for a giant 'G' to paint red. The wooden letter I was quite worried would be too heavy, as it had to be that thick or was in danger of snapping in half. To stabalise it and ensure it wouldn't eventually sag the canvas hanging on the wall Mr M knocked some smalls tacks through the back and into the wooden letter.

If you would like a custom sized canvas in any particular colour scheme or patterns please don't hesitate to ask me :)
