Cinderella at Brindabella is quite the social butterfly these days. After throwing myself in the deep end of the recent Blogging Your Way e-course (run by the fabulous Holly and Leslie) my eyes have been propped wide open to the value of marketing myself through social networking.
Once upon a time this blog was known as Little Miss Emma (my kids clothing and accessories business) but overtime it has evolved into something completely different. With our move to Brindabella the focus became more about farmhouse country style, our rural lifestyle, sewing, baking, gardening and becoming the ultimate farmers wife. Some of you will be already 'like' Little Miss Emma on facebook (thank-you!) and now I'm asking you to 'like' CinderellaBrindabella too. Yep that's right, silly facebook won't let me put another two spaces and the word 'at' in my page title. I am quite sad about this so anybody who knows how to remedy - please help!!!
You can also find me tweeting my little heart out over on Twitter - I am @ellaatbella if you would like to hear my ramblings. Twitter has always confused me slightly so please bear with me as I figure out what the heck I am doing! It's lots of fun connecting with people I really admire though, it seems a lot more personal.
I am really aiming to keep my facebook, twitter and blog co-hesive yet dynamic. I don't want my twitter feeds or facebook updates to be regurgitations of blog posts. Hopefully I will give little snippets and insights which you might not get from here on the main blog site. Sound like fun?
So let me know if you tweet, facebook or use any other social media, and how you use it to the best of it's capabilities. I'm curious...
